Replacement Warranty

Stealth Windshield Repair Inc provides an Alberta lifetime warranty for their glass replacement service, safeguarding against defects in material and workmanship for the duration of your vehicle ownership or lease. To be eligible, you should inform Stealth Windshield Repair Inc within 30 days of identifying the defect. Any delays beyond this period leading to damage won't be the responsibility of Stealth Windshield Repair Inc. Before approving a warranty claim, the company requires the opportunity to assess the vehicle damage. Please note that this warranty remains exclusive to the vehicle's current owner/lessor and doesn't extend to subsequent owners. Additionally, no other warranties, whether explicitly stated or implied, are applicable in this case.

Repair Warranty

During the process of repairing a windshield, a specialized technician from Stealth Windshield Repair Inc injects a unique resin into the damaged portion of the glass.

Optimal outcomes are achieved when:

• The damage is recent
• The point of impact is small
• Cracks around the damaged area are minimal
• The damaged area is free from moisture or any foreign substances

Our nationwide lifetime warranty provides coverage for the mended section of the windshield, offering protection against any further cracking. Additionally, we guarantee that the repair will meet the requirements for vehicle inspections.

In cases where there is more extensive damage or if the repair doesn't meet your satisfaction:

• If additional damage occurs from the point that was repaired or if you are not content with the repair for any reason, we will credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement performed by Stealth Windshield Repair Inc.

If your insurance company covered the expenses of the repair, the credit will go to the insurance provider. You might still be responsible for any deductible if you decide to replace the windshield. This warranty remains valid as long as you own or lease the vehicle and cannot be transferred. No other warranties, whether explicitly stated or implied, are applicable.

Recalibration Warranty

In instances where a recalibration is carried out, we provide a guarantee for a period of one year from the recalibration date or until the occurrence of the next recalibration event, whichever comes first. A recalibration event is defined by your vehicle manufacturer and includes situations such as vehicle collisions, windshield replacements, camera disconnection or removal, and vehicle realignment.

Guidance for Recalibration Events: If you come across a recalibration event, we recommend referring to your owner's manual for proper instructions. It's important not to rely on your advanced safety systems until a qualified recalibration specialist performs the necessary recalibration. Keep in mind that the advanced safety system is not a substitute for responsible driving practices.

Exercise Caution While Driving: To ensure your safety, it's essential to exercise careful driving habits at all times. Adhere to all driver safety laws and avoid solely depending on advanced safety systems to ensure your safety on the road.

Our company cannot accept liability for any pre-existing damage on the vehicle before the service. There are situations where certain damage might remain hidden until the glass is removed. This could involve issues like rust or other damage to the pinch weld or frame, which could impact a safe installation. In such cases, you will be responsible for all costs associated with repairing the damage or rust, which might also include expenses for transporting your vehicle to and from a qualified body shop if deemed necessary.

Damage that doesn't result from faulty workmanship or materials is explicitly not covered under this warranty.

For individuals residing in states where the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, this warranty exclusion might not apply to yowu. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights; you may also possess additional rights that vary depending on the state you reside in.

How To Claim Warranty?

In the unlikely event you need to take claim the warranty, simply come to one of out tents as per your convenience.

• A return mailing address
• Proof of purchase such as a physical or electronic invoice

Thank you for trusting us with the care of your windshield and keeping 25lbs of glass out of your local landfill. We’d hate to hear you got another stone chip, but we’d love to have you come back and see us again.

All chip repairs up to and including the diameter of a coin are covered under our Lifetime Service Warranty. Crack Repairs or Crack Stop Repairs only have a 1 year warranty on them. Even if we are very confident in our windshield crack repairs it is something that all glass companies will agree is very unpredictable and therefore we cannot provide a lifetime warranty. However if the crack expands we would be willing to put another stop to it for you for free. This includes all types of repairs done at our Stealth Windshield Repair Tent locations, our shop or any mobile service done at your home.

Please note that we cannot be 100% certain about repairs and there's a slight chance 0.01% that a repair may fail.

There are many reasons why a repair done by us might fail. Windshields are prone to vibrations and if another rock chip hits the windshield near the chip that was repaired sometimes the vibrations can cause for the chip repaired to spread. Sometimes when we do the repair 100% of the air is not removed and a small percentage still stays and when in extreme cold conditions that tiny bit of air left might be enough start expanding into a crack as windshields never stop expanding and contracting with heat and cold or flexing in wind and/or driving conditions. If a repaired chip or crack does not prevent further damage to the windshield it is likely a cause of one of these circumstances.

It is very unfortunate and rare for something like this to happen, but its unavoidable that a repair will sometimes fail. This is not an inability on our side to conduct these repairs professionally but something that all companies have to deal with in windshield repair.
